Movement is Medicine

Have you ever experienced pain and thought you should avoid movement?

Join us on Wednesday, November 13, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. to learn more about this misconception, and when you should keep your activity going or limit your motion, all with the goal of preserving mobility and avoiding injury.

Speakers include Lindsay Holmes, PT, DPT, EdD, OCS, MTC, Physical Therapist, Assistant Director, Rehabilitation Services, HSS Rehabilitation, and Sangeeta Kotian, PT, MSPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, Physical Therapist, HSS Rehabilitation.
