Ferguson Library’s postponed restoration of the Black Lives Matter mural on Broad Street in tribute to Juneteenth will take place Sunday, June 27th&nbsp;An Opening Ceremony will take place at noon.
The event celebrates Juneteenth and African American Music Appreciation Month.
