COA's Birds and the Environment Science Conference - online

COA’s Birds and the Environment Science Conference this Saturday, November 6 S

On Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 9:30 am - 3:45 pm, Connecticut Ornithological Association is hosting its first online Zoom conference focusing on science projects about birds and their environment and featuring more than a dozen 15-minute presentations by both seasoned and budding scientists. You may have already contributed to these projects through your eBird reports, Christmas Bird Counts, Summer Bird Counts, Bird Atlas work, Hawk Counts, etc.

Registration and the presentations are all free.

And there will surely be at least a few presentations you will want to watch!

But you will need to register first by clicking on this link here

For a more detailed description of COA’s Birds and the Environment Science Conference and its many short presentations, go to the COA website link here

This conference includes a range of topics and presenters from young to old, from citizen-scientists to professional scientists, and from high school students to university professors.

We hope to see you there, online via Zoom.

Can’t make the whole event on Nov. 6? Look for the recording on the COA website ctbirding.org a day or so after the conference.
