Stamford, CT – The Stamford Land Conservation Trust is delighted to invite the community to its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, October 18th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Knobloch Family Education Center, nestled within the scenic Stamford Museum and Nature Center at 151 Scofieldtown Road. 

This event promises a delightful evening for families, nature enthusiasts, and anyone interested in preserving Stamford's natural beauty and green space. With a variety of activities and informative sessions, there's something for everyone to enjoy:

Meet Our Mushroom Foraging Expert: Delve into the fascinating world of mushrooms with our expert, who will be on hand to share insights and knowledge.

Explore Informative Tables: Visit tables hosted by the Stamford Museum & Nature Center, Pollinator Pathway Stamford, and the Connecticut Audubon Society. Learn more about local initiatives and conservation efforts happening in our community.

Fun for the Kids: Keep the little ones engaged with exciting activities and refreshments designed just for them. It's a fantastic opportunity for families to connect with nature.

Community and Conversation: Enjoy the company of your friends and neighbors over light appetizers and drinks, fostering a sense of community and shared conservation values.

Special Presentation: Don't miss the highlight of the evening at 5:30 PM when Jillian Bell from Audubon NY/CT will share practical tips and insights on how to make your outdoor space a haven for local birdlife.
