Local Artists Join in Solidarity to Show Black Lives Matter in Stamford

On Sunday, July 19, more than dozen local artists joined in solidarity to paint a “Black Lives Matter” mural on Broad Street outside the Ferguson Library in Stamford.

"Thank you to the organizers of this event and the countless officials who attended to show support. This mural and event act as an embodiment of our community's willingness to address important issues, but more work must be done. The conversation on racial justice will continue in Stamford," the City of Stamford posted on Instagram.
