Stamford, CT, September 24, 2020--The Italian Center of Stamford (the IC) announced today that they have named Jonathan T. Hoch Sr. as Executive Director. Hoch succeeds Paul J. Hickey who is retiring from the position after more than 20 years.
“We are delighted to welcome Jon to this leadership position,” said Lou Cavaliere, President of the IC Board of Directors. “Jon has an extensive background in non-profit management and brings a wealth of experience to the role. His passion and commitment to families in our area will make him an invaluable asset to our organization.”
“I am excited to take on the role of Executive Director of the IC,” said Hoch. “As someone who was born and raised in Stamford, and is currently raising a family here, I know what an important part the IC plays in our community. The IC is a very special place and I look forward to working with the dedicated staff to continue its legacy.”
A lifelong resident of Stamford, Jon has spent the past 22 years working in leadership roles at Domus Kids, Inc., where he most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer. In addition to his professional career, Jon is the President of the Stamford North Little League. He is a graduate of Stamford High School and the University of Arizona. He lives in Stamford with his wife and two sons.
