Three questions with Mike Valenzano, owner of P. Valenzano & Sons.
Why did you start your business?
Our plumbing/heating business was started in 1939 by our grandfather, Philip Valenzano, an Italian immigrant who came to America at the age of 12. It was his way to create the American dream for his family. It is now approaching its 80th year with its third generation of family members.
We use almost all local businesses such as our office products, our plumbing/heating supplies, our IT services and local subcontractors.
Best selling product or service?
Our best selling product/service is our commitment to customer service. The smallest residential to the largest commercial jobs receive our complete attention to detail and satisfaction with at least one family member being on each job.
