The Loft Artists Association is hosting its second annual member/guest show, “Bring Another Friend to the LAA” in the Phillips and West Galleries at 575 Pacific Street from May 4 through May 26, 2019, with an Opening Reception on Saturday, May 4, from 5-7 pm.

“Building upon the success of last year’s inaugural exhibit, this show will give Loft Artist members another opportunity to invite non-member artist friends to exhibit alongside them as part of this collaborative show” Executive Director, Mark Macrides stated. “We’re excited to enhance the organization with exceptional artists. Our membership is connected with talented artists throughout the region and we hope to invite as many as possible to join this exhibit.” While the show will have no overall common theme, each member/guest duo will develop their own theme and their work will be presented side by side. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the work of artist teams working together to create unique work!

The Loft Artists Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing artists with a supportive environment and opportunities to exhibit our work, while reaching out to the community at large with education and artistic expression, as well as collaborative projects. Since 1978, our grassroots events have attracted thousands of visitors throughout the tri-state area. The LAA is widely recognized by city and state funding agencies, as well as corporate and private sponsors.

The gallery is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4:30 pm. Admission and parking are free. Handicapped access is available by request only. For directions and more information visit loftartists.org.
