You're IT Patricia Rattray Real Estate!

Four questions with Patricia Rattray, founder of Patricia Rattray Real Estate.

Why did you start your business?

Real estate is the number one driver of generational wealth in this country. I help people benefit from this. My clients gain and trade assets that transform their lives on many levels, financially, socially, environmentally, and spiritually.

What is your best selling product/service?

I stand out in the market because I have a business consulting background, so I am experienced with mobilizing resources across a variety of areas, including technology. For example, I was one of the first agents to implement email campaigns and CRM systems, more than a decade before most brokerages rolled these out. Now, I am one of the few agents that is skilled in using real estate financial analysis tools. Once you attract clients, there is a myriad of skills required to deliver excellent service. Market analysis, risk management, and transaction management are examples.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I support several local businesses. The cleaning company I use most often is Louisa's Maids. I also like Hudson Creative Productions and MultiVision Digital. Of course, I recommend several local inspection companies, painters, and contractors. Oscar Painting, Arnone Contractors, Eddie's Marble and Tile, and Absolute Value Management are a few.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

Over the years I have developed new skills and processes to meet the needs of my clients. Generation X buyers appreciate knowledge. They want to know how and why things are done. It is not enough to just do things for them. They enjoy learning as much as I do and they become empowered as we move through transactions. This makes my work very satisfying.

Patricia nominates Cura Home Services - "Cura Home Services is a business I highly recommend!"
