Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
You're IT Healing Hands Home Care Agency!
Three questions with Shawna Mayers, founder of Healing Hands Home Care Agency.
Why did you start your business?
We started this business because we love people and have that deep-rooted desire to create change in the home care industry, ensuring that all our clients are treated with dignity and respect. Our main objective is to provide safety and quality of life within their home and to provide high-quality care. This is not just a business for me, it is a little more personal than that.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Our best-selling points are, the way we view our clients and customer service, and the care we deliver to both clients and their families.
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
Would I have reimagined my business? Absolutely not, it is everything that I dreamt of. All I would do at this moment is to build, build, build, expand my territory and learn more about the industry and ways to make the business better by touching more lives with the care we provide.
Shawna and Healing Hands Home Care Agency would like to nominate Soul Tasty Restaurant in Stamford!
