Why did you start your business?
Post pandemic energy! I have been providing these services for years and wanted to establish myself and promote my own firm.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Capevest Advisors is a real estate project services organizing firm, known as an Owner’s Rep firm. Its purpose is to act as an advocate for the tenant or property owner as they organize the contract services for property acquisition, design, and construction.
The firm calls on a host of project services firms to complete real estate projects, namely brokerage, architecture, and construction in addition to all the associated support service providers, electricians, HVAC, plumbers, and associated finishing trades.
