Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT Miron Marketing!

Three questions with Debbie Miron, President of Miron Marketing.

Why did you start your business?

After spending my career in corporate marketing, I founded that small and mid-size companies may not have a designated marketing department or marketing director and yet are in need of marketing services.

I founded my marketing consulting practice to fill that need and help provide a high-level, comprehensive marketing practice specializing in brand, strategy, and customized marketing and creative services.

What is your best-selling product/service?

I help my clients unlock their market potential. I identify their market strengths, their target audience and determine the best strategies to drive sales profitably. This results in creating a strong cohesive and unique brand.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

As the marketing strategist and quarterback, I pull together a great team of marketing specialists, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, web developers, printers, and SEO specialists. Together and with my direction, I'm able to create a customized marketing strategy and "action plan" that results in increased sales and market presence.

Debbie would like to nominate Barry Monies, president of Computronix - "A great company that manages IT support services!"
