You're IT Alexa Oliveri International!

Four questions with Alexa Oliveri, founder of Alexa Oliveri International.

Why did you start your business?

I started my business to help people and organizations SHINE in their work and life. Our humanity is so beautiful and one of the ways that define our beauty is that we each bring our unique talents and work onto the planet. We are mothering, fathering, partnering, leading, making, creating, innovating, delivering, preparing, inquiring, teaching, advising... the list goes on. At the core, our work is what joins us together. It is what makes us move, grow and connect.

I am passionate about helping people and organizations evolve in their work using mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I teach my clients how to achieve the results they are looking to make inside and outside of the office. Now more than ever, our home life affects our work life and vice versa. We are at a unique time in humanity where we are all redefining what it means to work. I am here to aid in the redefinition and to help my clients earn more money, find more joy, and be seen in their leadership.

What is your best-selling product/service?

The best-selling services are tied between 1:1 entrepreneurship leadership coaching and team building lunch & learn and retreats. It is amazing to work with people who want to bring their business idea(s) to life, take their business from where it is to new heights, or just re-invigorate altogether. Working with organizational teams shows me that companies invest in their number one asset, themselves and their employees.

Organizations are adapting in a post-Covid working world and finding "a new" in hybrid, office, and remote work. Now more than ever, a purpose-driven business and company culture are essential to success. I work with small to large businesses that are passionate about bringing their company culture and mission to LIFE, taking care of their employees, and valuing teamwork and innovation.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I use many local businesses and entrepreneurs to support my business. A huge resource has been the 203TLC Group - which is a network comprised of locally based holistic practitioners. I have partnered with several practitioners from the network to aid in my healing and relaxation practices. This is also the network that I tap into most to hire trained professionals for various activations within my retreat offerings.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

I have reimagined my business many times and will continue to do so throughout the journey. If life teaches us anything, it is the only constant change. Most recently, I have adapted the business to be much more focused on business! AHA :) What I mean by this is when I first launched my business I called myself a "Soul Coach" I had a focus on helping people to flourish, mainly in their personal lives.

I still do this, but it has evolved to incorporate my extensive background in corporate business, marketing, sponsorship driving, and team leading. I have integrated both of my passions to help leaders, business owners and executives bring relaxation, fun, and a redefined version of success into their work and businesses.
