You're IT Link Up Level Up!

Three questions with Elsi Pacheco, founder of Link Up Level Up.

Why did you start your business?

Born from my passion for empowering entrepreneurs, I founded Link Up Level Up after 20 years of diverse experience—from hospitality to Verizon's customer service and ultimately as a global marketing director. From New York's bustling streets as a young mother to a worldwide marketing expert, my unique journey has honed my ability to craft bespoke brand strategies infused with unforgettable experiences. Through Link Up Level Up, I merge my past as an event and creative director with my expertise, creating magic that drives tangible growth and equips businesses for unparalleled success.

What is your best-selling product/service?

Our CEO Full Brand and Website Package is a favorite among the passionate entrepreneurs I've worked with. It's not just a service; it's a crafted journey designed to resonate with your brand's essence. We turn brands into more than just a name. It becomes our client's story, passion, and vision. We understand the complex maze that the digital world can often be, and that's why we've devised our bespoke framework:

1) Brand Strategy Alignment and Creation: We dive deep to understand our client's vision, aligning it into a unique strategy that sets the foundation.
2) Website Design & Development: Here, the magic happens. We create an online presence that's visually stunning and speaks their language.
3) Launch Strategy & Support: Finally, we propel their brand into the world, supporting them every step of the way, refining and polishing.

This package isn't a quick fix. It's about crafting something unforgettable, making a brand noticeable, and setting businesses on a path to sustained success.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services), and can you name them?

I've had the pleasure of working with local photographers and videographers from the community, such as Daniel Recinos from The Recinos Company. I've Partnered with the local Residence Inn Stamford Marriot Brand, where we've hosted VIP weekends, fundraising events, and brand content creation spaces. I've had the pleasure of working with Laura Roberts Marketing for her Public Relations expertise.

Action Letter has been an AMAZING partner for all of my printing needs, and they have been true partners not only for my business but for my clients as well. Lastly, We collaborate with Tina Mazzulo, the CEO and Founder of Agapè Hospitality, to provide an enriched experience for our clients. Their specialized hospitality services are interwoven into our bespoke branding strategies, enabling us to infuse each project with personalized care and attention and ultimately create a more connected and unforgettable brand experience. All of these businesses are based in Stamford, CT (Daniel is out of Bridgeport).

Elsi would like to nominate Laura Clayton of Studio 162 to be featured next!
