Stamford Police have issued a Silver Alert for Elvin Rivas, age 15 from Bridgeport. He is a Hispanic male with brown eyes, 170 lbs, 6'3" tall. He was reported missing from Bridgeport yesterday, Thursday, September 27 and is considered an Endangered Runaway.
