The omicron variant has picked up speed and threatens to infect a large segment of the populations throughout the world.

Westchester County towns have been vigilant about testing and covid clinics have been popping up throughout the area. 

However, the messaging about the testing sites is sorely lacking. The Westchester County Center is scheduled to begin covid testing on December 29th, 2021. Their online application states that appointments are needed. Yet, according to their schedule, there are no appointments available for the next two months. 

Without accurate testing, the path out of the covid pandemic will be slow and devastating.
