Sixth Stabbing in Yonkers in Ten Days

At approximately 1:50 am, April 17th, 2017, Yonkers Police responded to a call of  a stabbing at 263 Warburton Avenue in the downtown area. 

 Police found two men aged 26 and 36 who had been wounded. They were taken to a nearby hospital and are in stable condition. 

According to officials,  a woman at that location stated that  her 52-year-old roommate had returned home intoxicated  and stabbed her  sons with a pocketknife during a dispute.

This is the sixth stabbing incident in Yonkers in the past ten days. One resulted in a fatality when a nineteen year old was killed over the weekend at his job in the Ridge Hill Mall theater.
