A violent  robbery took place two blocks from the Riverdale/Yonkers border. 

The incident happened on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at approximately 7:30 p.m. The theft occurred in the vicinity of  West 260th Street and Tyndall Avenue.

According to police reports, three men approached a 54-year-old woman, placed a metal object to her head, and pushed her to the ground. They fled with her coat, cell phone, $300 in cash, credit cards and car keys.

They are reported to be teens. The trio fled north on Broadway towards Yonkers.
