Trumbull, CT — The Kennedy Center, Inc. is hosting a fun and festive 70th Anniversary ‘Spring Fling’ on Saturday, April 30 at Penfield Pavilion on Fairfield Beach. Staff, friends, families, and the community are invited to join in from 7PM – 10PM for an evening of fellowship celebrating The Kennedy Center’s 70 years of serving people with disabilities and a glimpse into our next 70 years! Guests will enjoy live music performed by The Merwin Mountain Band, delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by The Pantry, beverages provided by Harry’s Wine & Liquor Market, signature beach-style cocktail from Smoke Lab Vodka and coffee served by Café Piccolo.
In 1951, Evelyn Kennedy embarked on a mission to overcome obstacles and create a safe space where children with disabilities would have the same opportunities as every other child. The story is inspirational; that our mission continues today is remarkable – having grown from a program serving 15 children to a multifaceted organization that positively impacts over 2,000 individuals annually.
The Kennedy Center welcomes all to celebrate with them on April 30. Please CLICK HERE to reserve your tickets today!
