The Rowan Center And Westport Town Hall To Host Proclamation Day For Sexual Assault Awareness Month
The Rowan Center, in partnership with Westport First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker, will host Proclamation Day 2025 at Westport Town Hall to officially recognize April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM).
The event will take place on Tuesday, April 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT.
This community gathering will highlight efforts to support survivors of sexual violence and raise awareness about prevention and response initiatives in Lower Fairfield County. During the event, First Selectwoman Tooker will issue a formal proclamation recognizing April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Westport.
