The Norwalk Historical Society invites you to a "Hat Party" on Wednesday, February 26, starting at 6pm at Episode Night Club, 112 Washington Street in Historic South Norwalk. What better way to reveal how Norwalk influenced the world's hat fashion industry than with a Hat Party!
Mayor Harry Rilling will be the guest bartender. Special "hat" inspired cocktails will be unveiled. Light fare provided courtesy of Simply Delicious catering of Norwalk.
Selected men's and women's classic hats from the Norwalk Historical Society collection will be on display. Norwalk hats were at the forefront of the world's fashion industry, from Winston Churchill's classic Derby to Brad Pitt's Fedora.
Episode will donate a portion of the evening's proceeds to the Norwalk Historical Society's "New Museum". The New Museum is located at the Lockwood House on the grounds of the Norwalk City Hall complex and scheduled to open later this year.
