Westport National Bank Supports the Westport Woman’s Club's Food Closet

Westport, CT - The Westport Woman’s Club Food Closet, now in its 45th year of community service to Westport, offers gratitude to Westport National Bank (a division of Connecticut Community Bank, N.A) for the generous food donation the bank delivered this summer to restock pantry shelves.

Additional organizations or families wishing to donate food to their neighbors in need can bring non-perishable donations of food to the WWC Clubhouse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9am-12pm (44 Imperial Ave, Westport, CT).  If the clubhouse is locked, please call the WWC Office Manager, Sarah at 203-227-4240.

Monetary donations are also welcomed and helpful to restock The Town Food Closet.  For online donations, visit https://www.westportwomansclub.org/special/food-closet/.  Checks can be made out to “Westport Woman’s Club”, and mailed to WWC, 44 Imperial Avenue, Westport, CT  06880.  The WWC is grateful for all donations, as well as the opportunity to serve food insecurity within our community.

The Westport Woman’s Club, organized in 1907, is a non-profit philanthropic organization dedicated to volunteerism and the raising of funds in support of the educational, charitable, cultural and public health services in Westport and surrounding towns.  You do not have to be a Westport Resident to join The Westport Woman’s Club.  To join, call the WWC office at 203-227-4240.
