Tava's 20th Biannual Evening of Bellydance

Please join Tava, professional bellydancer and Norwalk resident, for her 20th Bi-Annual Evening of Bellydance. This exciting night returns to Factory Underground in Norwalk, CT (16 Isaac St.) on Sunday December 10th at 6:30PM.

This show is a tapestry of performances from folkloric to fusion featuring Classic bellydance, Persian, Turkish, Raqs Sharki and modern examples that push the boundaries of traditional dance; molding it into a personal expression of creativity-- with a respectful reverence for its' roots. Enjoy performances by seasoned professionals and brave students who are Connecticut residents of all ages and stages.

Featured Performers: Aszmara (NY), Riskallah Riyad, ATS duo Despina & Irina (NY) and Tava (CT).

This is a dance of community and celebration. It is BYOB so bring your favorite elixir to share and come ready to learn a few moves while supporting Culture in CT. $20 includes admission, lite fare and a mini folk dance lesson.
