Pat Riemersma, Chief Executive Officer of the Westport Weston Family Y, will speak to Y’s Men of Westport/Weston on Thursday, March 22 at the Saugatuck Congregational Church, 245 Post Road East, Westport, at 9:30 am.
Ms. Riemersma will bring the group up to date on the Y’s programs that help senior citizens improve and maintain their physical and mental health, and so enjoy longer, happier and more satisfying lives. She will take the group through a series of strengthening exercises.
Riemersma will also talk about how the Y has grown since it moved from downtown to a campus of its own at Camp Mahackeno nearly four years ago.
