Why did you start your business?
As a locally-owned, independent company founded in 2007, The Riverside Realty Group is deeply committed to supporting the communities and clients we serve. We are constantly evolving but remain focused on the one simple idea behind our founding - to provide the highest level of service in the industry and to exceed our client's expectations. Real estate is local. Autonomy from any franchise-company or private equity fund gives us greater flexibility in a dynamic market and the ability to be nimble, change our mind and strategy quickly to better serve our clients and our communities. Now solely owned by two of the Founding Partners - our commitment is to grow a locally owned brokerage that serves clients as friends and neighbors. If decisions are made in remote offices and management is removed from local market nuances and expectations of clients, something is lost that we are not willing to lose. Staying true to ourselves has gained us a reputation for excellence and integrity.
What is your best selling product/service?
Because we are a boutique firm, we can provide a higher level of service and the flexibility to customize tailored plans to meet specific client needs. What makes us different is that we are powered by teamwork and we have experts who not only understand the housing markets but the global financial markets, the retail industry, environmental and educational markets. Together, we are constantly thinking about how we can better serve our clients and create lifelong relationships with a strong local focus. We are not just agents facilitating a transaction, we have the inside track from schools, transportation needs, home improvements, parks, recreational facilities, and community activities. We have resources to share and a passion for putting our clients needs first.
We are dedicated to the people and the communities we serve - We Buy Local, We Sell Local, We are Local. Our mission is to foster a positive culture with the most knowledgeable, principled real estate professionals who consistently provide exceptional service to every client and give back to our communities. We try to source everything locally. For example, Baker Graphics provides all of our stationery and printing materials. Their customer service and continued support of our brand are unparalleled. We also prioritize reinvesting in the communities in which we serve through ongoing volunteer efforts and sponsorship of cultural, athletic and educational programs. Some community programs we are involved with include Homes with Hope, annual sponsorship of the Westport Rotary Club, Lobsterfest, Westport/Weston Coop Touch-a-Truck, Bedford Middle School Theater, Pequot and Westport Libraries, Weston 5K Memorial Day Race, Westport Country Playhouse, Westport Young Woman's League, In a Heartbeat, Staples Players and various Staples athletics such as the Gridirons, etc.
