Eligibility: Anyone who lives or works in Connecticut is eligible to enter. Work must be published from January 1 through December 31, 2019.
Submissions: The 2019 contest will be ALL electronic. No hard copy submissions will be accepted and no offline payments will be accepted.
Fees: CT Press Club members: The fee is $25 for the first entry and $15 for each additional entry. The non-member fee is $30 for the first entry and $20 for each additional entry. You can join the CT Press Club when you enter the contest. You do not have to join the NFPW to enter the local competition.
Deadlines: The early deadline to submit entries — and avoid a one-time additional fee of $25 — is Jan. 28, 2020. The final deadline for books is Feb. 4 and the final deadline for all other entries is Feb. 11.
