Whip Salon Ridgefield in Westport is known for its top talent and focus on client satisfaction. We are looking for an individual to join our team who values the importance of delighting the client every single time. Must have an outgoing and positive demeanor, present yourself professionally and be a true team player. This position is full-time, 30 - 35 hours weekly. We offer competitive wages and a positive, supportive environment.
- Greeting clients and checking them in for appointments
- Learning our software inside and out so that you can book, cancel and change appointments as needed
- Supporting stylists and clients needs
- Answering phones and handling schedule changes, making customer calls as needed.
Previous experience in a salon or spa is a plus. Clear, confident communicator required.
