Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Board Tournament Results
The Tashua Knolls Senior’s Men’s Club kicked off its 2023 season on April 4 with its first Board Tournament at Tashua Knolls Golf Course. The day was not too bad for most golfers, the MOMs experienced a nasty cold wind toward the end of our round.
The weather forecaster did a job on our attendance, as we had only 45 paying golfers and so many cancellations that tracking time was irrelevant. The MOMs, off last, had a slow round, a wait at each hole, and finished in 4 hours.
The results:
*Low Gross was won by Len Szturma with an 80 and Bob Tavella had an 84 for second place.
*The Low Net (Green Tees) winners had Pete Fatsy in first place with a net 72, second place went to Ammar Amirouche with a 73, third place went to Gerald Onofrio with a 76, Bill Smith finished in fourth place with a 79 and Roger Fabric finished in fifth place with an 80.
