Why did you start your business?
I am a chocoholic and a die-hard foodie. Having lived all over the globe, I missed having a world-class Chocolatier in the area that I call home which led to opening Le Rouge Chocolates by Aarti. The idea was to capture the flavors from around the world and present them in the divine language of chocolate. What started as a self-preservation project back in December of 2012 has taken a life of its own and we have been blessed to be voted the “Best Chocolate Shop” since we opened our retail store in 2015
Hands down our Signature Chocolate Ganache Cakes and truffles have become our best selling product. Be it the Kentucky Bourbon cake or the champagne truffle, come taste the difference, we have you covered from Paris to Punjab...
Most of our products are Gluten Free, made using unique, fresh natural ingredients in small batches on premises.

I wish we had better street visibility which would increase foot traffic. The more people know about what we offer, the more we can spread happiness through the divine language of chocolate.
