Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
You're IT B:Hive Coworking!
Three questions with B:Hive Coworking founders: Luke, Marcella, Madeline, and Jordan.
Why did you start your business?
We started B:Hive in an effort to revitalize the community and support local workers. Our focus is on building spaces that support the community. We’re dedicated to bringing people together, in person, to facilitate authentic relationships and professional growth that ensures we can all be more successful in the long run.
Best selling product or service?
Our best selling service is our Flex Membership. This membership allows our members to have access to the workspace 24/7, be part of a really cool community, and get their work done. The Flex Membership allows members to sit anywhere in the flex area (open seating area) and the options do not disappoint.
We strongly believe in community at B:Hive so we love to work with other local businesses. We work with our neighbor, Om in the Home to create little gifts for our dedicated members and have an amazing piece from Amy Simmons Fine Art Gallery hanging on our wall.

We would love to nominate Om in the Home.
