David Adam Realty, Inc. (DAR) is a multi-faceted commercial real estate firm specializing in Brokerage, Investment, Development, Property Management, and Construction Management.

Why did you start your business?

I graduated from Syracuse in 1991 during a difficult time in Real Estate.  My father was a developer and my senior year he asked if I could help manage his properties.  I said yes and have been running my company for 28 years.

I wish I  had a more proactive Planning and Zoning commission while I was developing Bedford Square and Save the Children. 

Best selling product/service? 

My company management style is our best service.  Our team at DAR prides itself on being hands-on, in listening to our Tenants and being proactive in the community.
