What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
Pilates for Every Body has had a long term relationship with the local community. Since 2002 when we first opened, we have been helping the women in our area stay fit in a way that integrates posture, bone health, and core workouts. We have always gone that little bit "extra" for our clients because we as owners are also long term Westport residents, and we believe that fostering community ties is good for everyone - in body and spirit.
Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
We have reopened our studio in a beautiful new space recently. In addition to one-to-one personal training, we also invite new and returning clients to work with us virtually doing Pilates, flexibility, and strength training workouts. We also offer a Yamuna Body Rolling Class online.
We have gone beyond the safety standards issued by the state. We have reduced our training staff to one instructor and one client in the studio at any one time So when you come for your appointment, you will be in the safest possible environment indoors. Masks are worn by all persons in the facility. We have also modified the Pilates workouts to accommodate mask-wearing so everyone's comfort.
