This week, U.S. News & World Report released their 2021 Best High Schools ranking. The publication reviewed nearly 24,000 U.S. public high schools; 205 Connecticut schools made their rankings.
Staples High School in Westport ranked #4 Best High School in Connecticut. According to the report, Staples High School is ranked #380 in the National Rankings. Schools are ranked on their performance on state-required tests, graduation and how well they prepare students for college.
U.S. News & World Report's new edition ranks more than 17,800 public high schools throughout the country, measuring how well schools serve students from various social and economic backgrounds.
