You're IT Sam Ditchkus LLA Real Estate!
Four questions with Sam Ditchkus, founder of Sam Ditchkus LLA Real Estate.
Why did you start your business?
I started my business originally because I wanted to create my own financial freedom on a schedule I could control! Now there’s nothing like seeing how happy my clients are when they finally find their dream home or sell the home they’re already in!
What is your best-selling product/service?
My best service is our media marketing! We’re a media marketing business that specializes in real estate. Aside from that the number one service we can provide is ourselves. We strive to maintain strong and comfortable person-to-person communication to provide the best possible experience to our clients.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
I wish I could name them all! Depending on the town the transaction is made in I do my best to use only local business and services in that said town. Anywhere from landscaping business to inspectors to cleaning services. Local is the name of the game.
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
I reimagine my small business to be one that others can feel comfortable coming to no matter what the situation so we can keep the local community feels. Whether you’re new to town or have been here since birth I want everyone to feel at home with us no matter what.
