Why did you start your business?
Westport Interactive Media, LLC (WIM) was created after CEO Rich Lechthaler worked in the advertising and marketing industry for over a decade and realized that local businesses needed local, boutique support to help them reach their targeted audiences and consumers. After coming up with a plan, he put his ideas in motion and set out to create WIM to help local business owners grow their businesses through better marketing strategies!
What is your best-selling product/service?
Our best-selling service is a close tie between Social Media Management and our in-house robust Search Engine Marketing campaigns. Small businesses rely on these services to help them reach their existing customers and to reach potential customers to help them increase their profits and ROI. WIM provides clients with marketing reports monthly so clients can see just how they're performing and where their marketing is flourishing!
This question is flipped for us, local businesses use WIM to support their business! We work with many local businesses to help them grow throughout their communities, both right here in Westport and across not only Connecticut but the country! We have clients from Connecticut to California! We LOVE helping local businesses and being a part of their journey!
