Why did you start your business?
I started my business to change the real estate industry by saving home sellers 80% in commissions when they sell their homes.
What is your best-selling product/service?
The best product is Preoh's 1% total commission to sell a home - nobody does this in the market!
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We use and recommend local attorneys, contractors, and related home service companies to support our business - Kramer & Ahern, Gault Energy, Landtech, Total Mortgage, Colonial Home Improvement. August West Chimney Sweeps, Pease Septic, etc.
As a NEW real estate technology brokerage we are always re-imagining how we can save the end consumer money!
