Whip Salon Opens 4th CT Location in Fairfield

Fairfield, CT - Whip Salon (www.whipsalon.com) is opening a new corporate location in Fairfield, CT, at 58 Post Road. This will be its fourth salon location in Connecticut, with a fifth location in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Whip Salon is a modern, full-service salon catering to women and men, offering haircuts, hair coloring and blowout and styling services. 

Whip Salon first launched in Ridgefield, CT in 2016 and is known for its dedication to client satisfaction as well as its friendly and trendy staff. The salon is unique because it was conceptualized from a client’s perspective, whereas most salons are opened by a cosmetologist. Whip Salon has built a formidable social media presence with over 26K instagram followers as well as a loyal clientele across Fairfield County. 

“We have had our eye on the Fairfield market for a while and I am so excited about expanding to this vibrant and dynamic community,” said Amy Pal, Founder of Whip Salon. “The location has actually been a salon in Fairfield for over 50 years. We have extensively renovated the salon space so that it is completely brand new right down to the windows and doors of the storefront itself. We wanted to create a high end, luxurious feel to complement the top talent curated  to make this salon one of a kind in Fairfield.” 

Whip Salon Fairfield is a 700-square-foot, boutique salon with six stylist stations and two shampoo sinks. It is located on the corner of Grasmere and the Post Road in an adorable brick building built in 1918. “It has so much character,” says Pal, “and I just love that it was a salon for so many years, it’s a great location close to Whole Foods and a few trendy to new restaurants too.”

Kellyann Marlow will be leading the boutique location as the General Manager of Stylists. She has been with Whip Salon Westport for a year and has gotten to know the “Whip way” over the past year. “I’m thrilled to be working alongside such a phenomenal talent pool,” says Marlow, “All of our master stylists have a minimum of 8 years of experience so clients can expect to be very well taken care of, going to the city to get your hair done is a thing of the past because now you’ll have that level of quality right in your backyard.” 

Whip Salon Fairfield will open its doors on Thursday, October 6th and will have a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, October 12th at 12pm. The salon is open Tuesdays - Saturdays from 9am to 5pm to start but anticipates being open 7 days a week by the end of 2022.
