Westport Police Report Peaceful Protest, Participants Marched from Jesup Green to Westport/Norwalk Town Line

Earlier today, Westport Police Officers were on the scene of a peaceful protest. 

According to police, the protest began at Jesup Green and participants marched to the Westport/Norwalk town line, returning to Jesup Green, which has necessitated temporary road closures in the area. 

Police say that this was a peaceful demonstration by all of those involved.
