The Westport Police Department is excited to announce that Sean Doyle is Westport’s newest officer. Officer Doyle was sworn in this past Tuesday at Town Hall.
Officer Doyle started his career in law enforcement in 2019 with the Hartford Police Department. During his time there, he worked in the patrol division on both the evening and overnight shifts.
Officer Doyle grew up in Manorville, NY. After high school, he attended Sacred Heart University and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. Officer Doyle said that his brother, who is an NYPD officer, inspired him to enter law enforcement.
Chief Foti Koskinas spoke highly of Officer Doyle saying that, “I believe Sean will make an outstanding addition to the department and will be a great asset to our community.”
