<div id="id_54ad8ee9479e61d13649836">Charlie, a 3-year old Jack Russell Terrier, is lost in Ridgefield. &nbsp;He was last seen on Spring Valley Road (Northern Ridgefield, North Salem, NY border) on Tuesday, January 6, morning wearing a red collar with gold cows on it, along with a black electric dog fence monitor collar. &nbsp;Charlie is mainly white with a black spot on his back. &nbsp;He has a friendly demeanor, and will approach anyone if called by name.&nbsp;</div>
