Local Libraries Host Small Business Workshops with SCORE Fairfield County

SCORE Fairfield County and Co-Sponsor the Wilton Library will present a FREE Small Business Workshop “The Affordable Care Act and Your Small Business”  Wednesday, October 21, 2015

Obamacare - The Affordable Care Act (ACA) - contains several sections that impact small employers, their health benefits, and even their decisions about whether or not to offer health insurance coverage to their employees. Many of ACA's crucial provisions affecting small employers have only recently taken effect, so it is more important than ever for small business leaders to understand how ACA can impact their enterprises, their recruitment and hiring results, and their financial performance.
Speaker: 
Greg Judd provides employee benefit plan market intelligence to employers, consultants and brokers, insurers and health services providers and small, coast to coast. Greg advises executives at these firms on the assessment, selection and implementation of health benefits services and products for for-profit and nonprofit workforce population of 5 to 50,000.
