On December 30, at approximately 4:59 p.m., Wilton Police responded to 33 Old Ridgefield Road, Chase Bank, for a report of a female attempting to fraudulently use a debit car in a bank transaction.
Following an on-scene investigation, Brittany Manns, of Atlanta, Georgia, was placed under arrest and charged with Criminal Impersonation, Identify Theft in the 3rd Degree, Forgery in the 3rd Degree and Attempted Larceny in the 4th Degree.
Currently, Manns is being held on a $20,000 bond, and will appear at Norwalk Superior Court January 13, 2016.
