Bag of jelly beans
Get a clear trash bag, cut holes for your arms and legs to fit through. Fill up the bag with colored balloons for the jellybeans, and tie up the trash bag near your neck with a ribbon.
Smarty Pants
Tape smarties candies to your pants, put on a pair of glasses and dress nerdy.
Glow in the Dark Stick Figure Costume
You'll need Black attire (pants and shirt), a bunch of necklace size glow sticks (about 14 for adults) and Clear packing tape
Layout your black attire and use your clear packing tape to tape on the glow sticks in a stick figure shape. Now step into your masterpiece and tape on your stick head in a circle.
For Daylight - Use white attire, Black electrical tape to make your stick figure and use a paper plate with eye cutouts and draw a black circle for head and a smile.
Classic Ghost
Get a white sheet and cut 2 eye holes. DONE! Or Add more holes or draw on black circles and go as Charlie Brown from the Great Pumpkin Halloween special.
Road
Black t-shirt yellow tape down the middle, then glue/tape dollar store toy car/trucks to the shirt. If you want to be gross you can add a small animal for road kill.
Waiter
White shirt and black pants. Add an apron and a note pad for ”taking orders’.

Brawny Man
A roll of Brawny Paper Towels and red and black check shirt and jeans. Stubble up your face for the full effect.
Cowboy
Jeans, boots, hat and flannel.
Cat
All black, plain headband with construction paper ears, fill one leg of a black stocking with fiber fill, draw on whiskers and a cute pink nose.
Greaser
Leather Jacket, jeans and a white tshirt. Grease your hair back using styling gel or Pomade.
Gumball Machine
Get a white shirt, add a bunch of colorful pompoms, wear red bottoms and make a sign with a turn dial and 25 cent printed on it.
Baseball/Football/Hockey Player
Put on a jersey or sports tshirt, with baseball-style pants and sneakers.
Unicorn
Dress in white or something sparkly - maybe add a tutu.
Then take a piece of paper to make a cone - cover in ribbon and hot glue to a headband.
Ninja
Dress all in black. Use red strips of fabric as accent pieces.
