COVID Vaccine Clinic Availability in Wilton Tomorrow

The Wilton Health Department and Visiting & Nurse of Fairfield County are hosting a Moderna vaccine (first dose and second dose) clinic tomorrow, March 18th.  Registration is only available through VAMS.

As a reminder, vaccines are being administered in phases. In Connecticut, only eligible residents are allowed to make an appointment to receive the vaccine.  You can't pre-register if you are ineligible.  Currently, eligible individuals include 55 years of age and up, in person educators/professional child care providers and phase 1a (healthcare personnel, medical first responders, long term care facility residents and staff, residents and staff of congregate settings).

Next up, residents aged 45 and up become eligible on Friday, March 19th.  Residents aged 16 and up tentatively become eligible on April 5th.

See the Town's Coronavirus page for information on VAMS and eligibility here.
