Thanks, Babs, for visiting Keough's Hardware and CooksNook in Wilton on Small Business Saturday!

The world has come to know and love “Babs” (aka Barbara Costello). A frequent guest on Good Morning America, the Fairfield County resident is followed by millions on social media under the handle “Brunch with Babs”. “The internet mom/grandma you didn’t know you needed! Come for the family recipes, stay for the motherly advice.” (Following along on Instagram and TikTok @brunchwithbabs).

Today, Babs took to Instagram to salute her favorite small businesses in honor of Small Business Saturday. She is shown shopping in Bethel, Ridgefield, Danbury, the Silvermine area of Norwalk, New Canaan, and Wilton.

“You know it's not easy being a small business owner. I’m going to share a few of my favorites with you! I want to hear from you, tell me about your favorite small business and tag them in the comments below.”

Bab shouts out:

- Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe - “My family’s absolute favorite place for candy!"

- Caraluzzi’s Market in Bethel “If you can’t find it here you can’t find it anywhere!”

- Dawn’s Pizzazz in Danbury - “Thanks, Michelle, for helping me look good for over 20 years”.

- Keough's Hardware in Wilton - “They’ve come to my rescue more times than I can count."

- CooksNook Wilton - “My local go-to kitchen store.

- Mercantile at GrayBarns in Silvermine, CT - Where I meet friends for coffee.”

- Silvermine Market in New Canaan “My favorite pancake!”

Thanks, Babs, for reminding the world that small businesses matter! See you around town!
