On Friday, May 30th from 4-6pm, the Carriage Barn and New Canaan Chamber of Commerce, along with other community organizations and business partners, will host a downtown celebration of creativity!
Art-inspired window displays, and wine tastings at Franco's, Stewart's Wines and Craftbottlz, plus refreshments in the following stores, Elm Street: Sara Campbell, The Linen Shop, Stewart's Wines, Franco's, Houlihan Lawrence, Pennyweights. Also visit: Craftbottlz (Morse Court), Morganthal Frederics (Main St), The Agency (SouthAve), Cherry Street Cheese Shop, Red Grape, and Polestar.
Organized in partnership with the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce, this community exhibit pairs the work of local artists with participating retailers throughout town. Over 100 pieces of artwork will be displayed in store windows through June 21.
In addition to downtown store windows, artwork will also be featured through an online virtual gallery and social media campaigns.
Several local businesses are supporting this year’s exhibit including Merrill Lynch as presenting sponsor, and lead sponsors Karl Chevrolet, Hutchinson Tree Care Specialists, New Canaan Board of Realtors, and The Playhouse.
