Wilton Warming Center Open Through Friday at Comstock

Connecticut will experience a period of particularly frigid conditions over the next several days, the state’s severe cold weather protocol will remain in effect  through 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24. During this period, temperatures are expected to remain below freezing throughout the daytime hours and overnight temperatures are anticipated to drop into the single digits and possibly below zero.

The Town Wilton is opening its Warming Center at Comstock, 180 School Rd.

Tuesday through Friday of this week from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Please check with the front desk at Comstock to ascertain what area will be set up for the Warming Center.

Anyone in need of shelter can call 2-1-1 to get connected to these services or visit 211 to view a list of locations, or reach out to Wilton Social Services at (203) 834-6238.
