Boyscout Troop 125

For the past 20 years, Boy Scout Troop 125 has been selling Christmas wreaths in Wilton,  and this year is no different. But they have added another layer to their wreath sales, donations. For the past 2 years, they have asked for donations from residents so they,as a troop, could donate wreaths to the Town Center Memorial and the Cemetery.  So, a new tradition is born.  This year they presented 6 wreaths to representatives of Wilton's American Legion Post, State Senater Toni Boucher and Second Selectman Hal Clark. They all then decorated Wilton's Fallen Heroes Monument in Wilton Center. Boy Scout Troop 125 then placed 130 additional wreaths on the graves of Wilton's Service men and women that were laid to rest in Hillside Cemetery.  Last year, they collected enough for 75 wreaths to be placed at Hillside.  The Scouts are thankful for the collected donations from generous Wiltonians as part of their annual wreath fundraiser to help honor these fallen Wilton heroes . Thank you Wilton  for your generosity!!
