Every Tuesday, you are invited to knock on Romolo's kitchen door and purchase carefully boxed and fresh (not frozen) pasta.
With the kids back-to-school and afterschool activities in full swing, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
Romolo owner, Bruno DiFabio has announced that he will donate 100% of fresh pasta sales to local nonprofits. First up: the Boys and Girls Club in Ridgefield. "Every quarter I will switch the recipient of the donation," says DiFabio.
