The Pilates Advantage in Wilton Raises Over $4000 for the Hearing Aid Project

On Friday, November 1st, The Pilates Advantage held a Sip & Shop event.  The studio was transformed into a shopping bazaar complete with vendors, food and décor.   And on Sunday, November 3, The Pilates Advantage held a “Round Robin Workout” where participants could design their own workout.

Every ½ hour, three different classes were offered. In all, there were over 100 attendees and over $4000 raised for The Hearing Aid Project, a charity personally chosen by The Pilates Advantage owner, Mary Beth Young who suffers from hearing loss from Meniere’s Disease.

With the funds raised, Mary Beth will be providing hearing aids to those who cannot afford them. For every $500 raised, a hearing aid will be refurbished and provided to someone in need.

Special thanks to all who contributed to the events including; Aroma Spa, Ava Bella Jewelry, Backroads Quilting, Quilts by Cindi Delfino, Kim Duffy - Peach Athleisure, Sabina Furst Designs Jewelry, Saltbox Press, Hers Boutique, Amy Kahn-Russell Jewelry, and author Kathryn Solllmann, Michele Klink of Belden Botanics and Kim Horner of Aroma Spa.
